So, this morning I got to use some of my homemade ricotta for its intended purpose and I've gotta say, it was insanely good. So good. So, so, very good. Also, I think it is kind of healthy.
Go find some figs and make it for breakfast now.
What are you waiting for? Put some ricotta on a plate, top with quartered figs, toasted walnuts and a drizzle of maple syrup. It will make your morning.
